Keyholding Services : As key holders to your premises APT will respond to your out of hours alarm activations, this includes weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
We will attend the premises quickly, dealing with any incident ourselves or contacting the emergency services where necessary. We will remain on site for as long as required. We will provide a written report on any activation within hours of the incident.

Key holders for shops, factories and offices have to endure disruptive nights and weekends when an alarm on their premises is activated, add to this the uncertainty of whether the police will attend and the key-holder has to perform a stressful and potentially hazardous duty.
APT offers a secure and efficient key-holding service and will either accompany the customer’s representative at their premises or will deal with the callout alone and submit a report, detailing the incident and response. The service includes a site visit with installation of security boards, and a risk assessment to include ‘no-go’ or hazardous areas.
24 Hour Emergency Callout
In the event of a break in, you get use of our 24 hour emergency callout to coordinate external agencies, such as glaziers and locksmiths, and we can provide a security guard on site after the callout for any length of time until the problem has been resolved.
